"Great Customer service, However products are really limited to be a cycle store. Either you going to get a not so good helmet (Bilt) or a very costly helmet (Shoei). No between helmet unless you order it to the story. Cycle Gear has to do better period if it's going to compete with other cycle stores or be better than other cycle stores.
Not everyone rides dirt bikes or street bikes. Very limited on cruiser gear and tires for that matter. Just better items would be better and that's every cycle gear that I have been in around the states.
Buy a tire from them, you still get charged for them to put it on, and they do give you a warranty on the tire but if I am on flat on a trip how would I get the tire back to the dealership to replace it and then how would I get a replacement tire from cycle gear? Yea will let cycle gear figure that one out. "

This young man was just amazingly eager to help ,me. He showed me what I was looking for. He had product knowledge being a rider himself. He did so with out bad mouthing the competitor, but just truly acting like he wanted my business.
I am in the customer service business myself. I should have tried to hire him!!
I had to go back the next day because I thought I had a problem with what I bought. He got a battery off the shelf, and showed me what I was doing wrong in a nice way.
